Can I rent my unit?
You may rent your unit. Both long or short term rentals are currently allowed at Placita Escondida.
I would like to tour a unit.
What do I need to do?
The Placita Escondida Sales Office is currently open for touring by appointment only.
Please fill out a form here or call (520) 351-0040 to schedule a tour. A Placita Escondida sales team member will reach out with availability.
How much are HOA Dues and what does it include?
The HOA is currently $236.00 a month per unit. ​
HOA Dues currently cover exterior maintenance including: exterior paint, fire protection, community roads, patios, roofs, and landscaping, all common area maintenance, pool and spa, water, sewer, and trash collection.
What type of financing is available?
Special financing is available for eligible borrowers.

Can I use my own lender?
You can use your own lender. However we were able to obtain special Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac financing that is not usually available for condos. Our lender specializes in this and is well versed on the project. We may run into issues if you bring in an outside lender not familiar with the project. Any potential purchaser must be prequalified.
Can I use my own Realtor?
You may bring a cooperating agent. Payment of Broker Co-op requires Broker or agent to register their buyer prior to the first visit, accompany their buyer on their first visit, and comply with the Buyer Broker Agreement.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Under current community rules and regulations, up to two house pets can be housed in a unit.
Do you have units available for rent?
We are selling brand new condos. There are a select group of units that have been purchased by individuals who are offering those units for rent. Contact our sales office for more details.
What is the pricing of each floor plan?

Will you manage my rental?
We do not manage rentals, however we can recommend property management companies that manage our own rental properties.
I am ready to buy a unit.
How do I proceed?
You will need to schedule an appointment to come into our office with one of our agents to sign our specific construction contract. You will also need to bring a check with your earnest money deposit in order to hold your unit.
Can I use my own Title Company?
All title work must be done through the designated Placita Escondida Title Company.
Can I use my own Realtor?
